U.S. Park Police arrested a man accused of robbing a woman near the Hirshhorn Museum Thursday morning.
Investigators said museum security guards and witnesses tackled the man until officers could arrive.
This is the second mugging near the museum in less than two weeks.
On March 28, two masked men robbed a man, 50, between the museum and Smithsonian Castle.
Those men got away.
Police are trying to figure out if the two incidents are related.
