A road along the D.C./Prince George's County line has reopened after flooding closed the area for much of Monday morning.
Heavy rain fell overnight, leaving three vehicles in the 1500 block of Eastern Avenue stranded.
The Department of Public Works responded to the scene.
No injuries have been reported.
