Police Seek Va. Tech Student Missing Since Metallica Concert

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- Police are looking for a Virginia Tech student who has been missing since Saturday.

University of Virginia Police said 20-year-old Morgan Dana Harrington was last seen near the John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, where Metallica held a concert that night.

In a statement issued Monday, Virginia State Police said they are pursuing "numerous leads" into Harrington's disappearance.

Harrington was wearing a black T-shirt with "Pantera" across the front in tan letters, a black mini skirt, black tights and black knee-high boots.

She has long blonde hair, blue eyes, is 5-foot-6 and weighs about 120 pounds.

Anyone who has seen her or has knowledge about her whereabouts is asked to call police at 434-924-7166 or 434-352-3435.
