Graduation rates in Maryland are exposing an achievement gap between minorities and between males and females.

According to the Maryland State Deptartment of Education website, black males had a 67.93 percent graduation rate, Latino males had a 68.72 precent graduation rate, white males had a graduation rate of 86.25 percent and Asian males had a graduation rate of 91.36 percent, the Examiner reported.
