Man Found Dead in Glen Burnie Woods

Police: Man apparently suffered gunshot, stab wounds

Three people have been taken in for questioning by Anne Arundel County Police after a body was found in a wooded area in Glen Burnie early Sunday morning.

Investigators say that police were called to an area near the intersection of Tanyard Cove Road and Marley Neck Boulevard shortly after 4 a.m. When they arrived, they discovered the three suspects and two vehicles. One vehicle was occupied by a couple in their 20s. The other was unoccupied, but police soon found a man in his 50s walking toward the vehicle from the wooded area.

When police checked the area, they found the body of a man who had apparently suffered both gunshot and stab wounds. The victim has not been identified, but investigators believe that he was in his 20s or 30s.
