TEENS FOUL MOUTH LANDS MOM IN JAIL

Fredericksburg.com: "A young teenager's foul mouth indirectly led to his mother's arrest Sunday in Spotsylvania County, police said. Sheriff's Lt. Col. Michael Timm said a resident of Club Cart Circle in Lee's Hill South was leaving to go to work about 6:20 p.m. when she heard a young male cursing while standing next to a vehicle. The woman noticed that the 13-year-old and two younger siblings were alone in and around the car, which was not running. The teen had been fussing at a 4-year-old boy, who was on top of the vehicle. A 2-year-old girl was in a car seat."

CRY BABY BRIDGE BODY?
The Capital: " Eric Campbell and his trusty paranormal investigating team, The Believers Club, decided to investigate the legends and hauntings surrounding Governors Bridge in Davidsonville last week. But what the junior sleuths, ages 9 to 11, found was a scare of a different sort. After crossing the bridge over to the Prince George's County side of the Patuxent River just before dusk last Monday, the team made its way along the banks of the river, then under the bridge. That's when they saw it."

ROBBED BANK FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS
Frederick News Post: " Cash-strapped and facing eviction, Monique Renee Olshin robbed a Frederick bank five days before Christmas so she could buy presents for her three small children. Arrested by Maryland State Police within the hour walking in a neighborhood near the bank, the 31-year-old Frederick woman was put behind bars and missed out on gift-giving festivities last year. Now 32, Olshin on Monday pleaded guilty to robbery during a pretrial conference, canceling the need for her Sept. 7 trial in Frederick County Circuit Court."
