Free Ice Cream in Georgetown from the 'Hidden Cash' Crew

The movement that's giving away cash around the world is giving away ice cream in D.C. to celebrate America's birthday.

Hidden Cash founder Jason Buzi says they've partnered with Ben & Jerry's to give out free scoops Friday in Georgetown -- as well as in New York, San Francisco.

The event runs from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Ben & Jerry's locations in Georgetown, in New York's Times Square and Haight-Ashbury in San Francisco.

Buzi says they decided giving away ice cream would be a "kid friendly'' way to mark the Fourth of July.

The real estate investor says it gives them a chance to `"mix it up'' from their usual mission: hiding cash in hopes the people who find it will use it to better their lives or help others.
