A Takoma Park, Maryland woman -- and another man -- have been arrested for killing the woman's elderly husband, whose body was found in his backyard.
Police arrested Larlane L. Brown, 68, Thursday with Hussain Ali Zadeh, 49. The pair were arrested when Brown went to pick up Zadeh at Marshall BWI Airport.
They've each been charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
Cecil Brown, 73, was found dead at his home in the 800 block of Colby Avenue August 4, 2014. Police say the cause of his death was blunt force trauma.
"He was probably the quietest person on the street," neighbor Maurice Grant said.
The Browns had been married for 51 years.
