Howard County police are asking for the public's help in identifying a toddler found in an elementary school parking lot.
The young boy, believed to be 2 to 3 years old, was found about 2:20 p.m. Monday in the parking lot of the Laurel Woods Elementary School by a school administrator, police said.
Police described the child as black with a medium complexion and a small scar in the center of his forehead. He was found wearing brown corduroy pants, a gray long-sleeved shirt with red and blue stripes on the sleeves and the number 36 in the center, blue and white ankle socks and black and red sneakers.
