School Bus Driver Dispute Fuels Crash

Woman Allegedly Drove into Building After Fight

A Prince George's County school bus driver is facing assault charges after she allegedly intentionally crashed her bus into an office building, school officials said.

Theresa Douglas, 40, was arrested Wednesday morning after the crash at the bus parking lot in Accokeek, Md.

Douglas and another woman had an ongoing dispute, school officials said.

When a judge refused to grant Douglas a restraining order, she allegedly drove her bus into the building.

Three people suffered minor injuries.

It's unknown whether the other driver was among those hurt.

Douglas received a $25,000 bond. She’s charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and malicious destruction of property.
