Hundreds of people attended a job and vendor fair Thursday at Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover, Md. It was hosted by Power Plant Entertainment of Maryland, a group that's hoping to build a new gaming and entertainment facility at the mall.

The development is expected to create 1,500 permanent jobs and 2,500 construction jobs, according to the group. Construction has not started yet, and zoning still has to be approved.  But today the group said it's confident the project will move forward.
