2 Sex Offense Suspects Arrested This Week at Dulles

Two alleged sex offenders have been arrested at Dulles International Airport earlier this week, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said.

The first, 46-year-old Kehipo Bolou, was arrested Monday after he returned to the United States from Belgium. Bolou is charged with third-degree sexual abuse of a minor. He's an Ivory Coast citizen who lives in Gaithersburg, Md.

On Tuesday, CBP officers arrested 52-year-old Robert Binford, of New Castle, Del., after he arrived from Kuwait. He's charged with failure to report as a sex offender.

CBP said nine people were arrested at Dulles in November on various charges.
