UPDATE: A missing 13-year-old girl has been found, the Metropolitan Police Department announced Tuesday.
ORIGINAL STORY: A 13-year-old girl girl was last seen Sunday evening in Northeast D.C.
According to a news release, Jai Jenkins was last seen around 8 p.m. in the 900 block of Mount Olivet Road NE.
She is described as standing 5'5", weighing 125 pounds with a medium complexion and brown eyes.
Her hair is currently in black braids with streaks of blonde and she has a scar under her right eye. She was last seen wearing a white jacket, black and brown tank top and black and white sweatpants.
