At MedStar Montgomery Medical Center we are dedicated to the well being of our patients in every way. Accordingly when we first learned of the unfortunate circumstance affecting a patient’s surgical procedure, we immediately began to address the situation. However, because this is a legal matter under investigation we cannot comment further because of confidentiality.
While we cannot speak about pending litigation, we can affirm that MedStar Montgomery Medical Center has always maintained a rigorous quality assurance review process to ensure a uniform practice pattern set at the highest of standards of care.
