The Virginia Tourism Corporation is running a full-on attack of L.O.V.E. No, this isn't an adorably sweet war -- this is a celebration, and if you're not invited to the party you better sign up to join in on the fun. They're giving away a shocking amount  of prizes (each worth close to 5,000) during the LOVE Aquatic sweepstakes this year.

We know that Virginia is for lovers but we didn't think they would go this far. Cue the Marvin Gaye song (you know which one) because Virginia has a lot of love to give. This year's four prize packages will each include aifare, car rental, lodging, cash and much more.

The first drawing (March 16) is the Tall Ship Treasures of OpSail 2012 in Norfolk. OpSail brings 20 ships from countries around the world to Norfolk’s waterfront for a huge event. This free trip includes Four nights lodging, Airfare, a cruise, VIP tickets to fireworks, $200 cash and more.

The second drawing (May 11) will give you the opp to Become a Skipper at Smith Mountain Lake, the largest man-made lake in  Virginia. This prize includes four nights lodging, airfare, dinner and boat rentals.
The third drawing (June 15) wants you to Come Sail Away on the Chesapeake Bay. We bet that many of us have dreamed of sailing but just never had enough chutzpah to actually do it. This prize package comes with four mornings of sailing lessons! Now you can't say you haven't tried.
The final prize drawing (Aug. 10) will reel you in with their First Time Fisherman Journey. It comes complete with four hours of fishing lessons and plenty of wildlife viewing. Admission to four Richmond attractions and four nights' lodging are also included.

To be eligible, you must be 21 and live in the U.S. That's it! See the official rules here.
