Rain Expected During Monday Morning Commute

Storm Team4 says rain and patchy fog will make for a slower commute Monday morning.

Rain will move through the D.C. area early Monday morning.

Many flash flood watches across the area have already expired, but Storm Team4 says you can still expect to see ponding water on some roads during the morning rush.
