    Snowflake Martini

    • 1 ounce Hypnotic Liqueur
    • 1 ½ ounce Citrus Vodka
    • 3 ounces White Cranberry
    • 1 ounce Coconut Shreds

Rim Martini glass with simple syrup and roll in coconut shreds.  Serve shaken over ice in a martini glass with the shredded coconut rim. Serves 1.

    Hot Mulled Cider

    • 2 quarts Apple Cider
    • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
    • 2 Whole Allspice Berries
    • 2 Whole Cloves
    • 1 orange, thinly slices

Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer on the grates of the frill or over a burner. Divide among individual mugs and serve hot. Serves 8.

    Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail

    • 1 Sugar Cube
    • 1 Fluid Ounce Pomegranate Juice
    • 3 Fluid Ounces Dry Sparkling Wine
    • Pomegranate Seeds, Optional

Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute. Pour the Pomegranate juice over it, then the sparkling wine. Drop a few pomegranate seeds into the glass. Serve. Serves 1.

    Moscow Mule

    • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
    • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
    • 4 oz Ginger Beer

Fill either a Collins glass or a double-rocks glass with ice, add all ingredients, stir and garnish with a lemon twist and fresh mint. Serves 1.

    Bloody Mary

    • 2 oz Vodka or Gin (Gin adds a great complexity)
    • 6 oz Bloody Mary Mix, Tabasco Brand is excellent or make it from scratch (recipe below)

Rub the outside rim of a glass with a lemon wedge and roll in kosher salt. Fill with ice, add liquor, Bloody Mary mix and stir well. Embellish with your favorite upgrades: Celery stalk, Tomatoes, Olives, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Cocktail Shrimp... and a lemon wedge.

    Bloody Mary Mix

    • 46 oz Tomato Juice (preferably canned)
    • 2 Tb Worcestershire Sauce
    • 1 Tb Horseradish
    • 1 tsp Celery Seed
    • 2 oz Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
    • Add salt & Tabasco Sauce to taste

Combine all ingredients in a glass or plastic container and use as needed, storing in the refrigerator. The flavors will blend together better if the mix is allowed to sit at least a few hours. Serves 8.

    • 1/4 oz Cranberry Juice
    • 1/4 oz Peach Schnapps
