The Ravens placed outside linebacker Pernell McPhee on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, the team announced.

According to various reports, the team is expected to put more players on the list within the next day or two.

McPhee will miss Thursday’s game against the Steelers and, if he tested positive, perhaps won’t be available for the team’s Week 13 matchup against the Cowboys next Thursday night.

This year, McPhee has tallied 25 tackles and two sacks in 10 games played. Against the Titans last Sunday, he played in 43 defensive snaps, the most he played all season long.

The team now has placed McPhee, running backs Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins, quarterback Trace McSorley and defensive tackle Brandon Williams (as a close contact) on the Reserve/COVID-19 list with names still reportedly to come. Cornerback Iman Marshall, who is on injured reserve and out for the season, is also on the Reserve/COVID-19 list as well.

According to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic, at least one coach and several support staff members have tested positive too.

The Ravens don’t have the full list of players out for COVID-19-related reasons yet, and still could have more positive tests come through as the incubation period can last for as many as five days before a positive test emerges.
