Derrius Guice has deleted his presence on social media after he was arrested on charges of domestic abuse Friday.
His Twitter and Instagram handle, "DhaSickest," now shows an error page that the accounts don't exist. Guice was prominent on both websites and routinely interacted with fans.
Often he would post opportunities to meet up. Of all player accounts on the Washington Football Team, he was clearly one of the most engaging.
Guice was charged with one count of strangulation, three counts of assault and battery, and one count destruction of property on Friday afternoon. Washington released Guice nearly immediately after the incident became public.
Guice was set to join a crowded backfield in Washington with Adrian Peterson, Bryce Love and Antonio Gibson as competition for touches.
