Bryce Harper takes love for Philly Phanatic to new level with custom jacket

Find someone who loves you like Bryce Harper loves Philly Phanatic.

The Philadelphia Phillies begin regular-season action Friday evening against the Miami Marlins and former Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper showed up with an interesting wardrobe choice.

Take a look.

As you can see, Haper arrived with a custom Olive colored suit with pictures of team mascot Phanatic littered throughout the inside.

Harper and Phanatic have grown quite fond of each other since Harper signed a record-breaking 13-year, $330 million contract with the team in 2019.

Remember when he wore these Phanatic inspired cleats in his Phillies debut?

Or that one time when Harper read Phanatic a bedtime story?

In any event, it's a nice gesture but I'm sure Nationals fans will side with this hardware over some homemade suit.
