Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan praised NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
Goodell dropped by the Redskins' camp to watch the team's second practice Wednesday.
Shanahan said it was good to know that anytime he wants to call the commissioner, Goodell will answer.
That is appreciated throughout the league, Shanahan said, but how much will Goodell be appreciated if there's a lockout next season.
