In the wake of these statements, the former director of Hawaii's Department of Health has come forward again to dispute the charge. "It's kind of ludicrous at this point," said Dr. Chiyome Fukino, who says he personally reviewed Obama's birth certificate. On the "Today Show" last week, Trump claimed that "nobody has any information" about the president's birth.
