โ€œLaw & Order: Criminal Intentโ€ to โ€œTurn Off the Dark?โ€

"Law and Order: Criminal Intent" kicks off its tenth season on May 1st, and Spider-Man might be making a cameo.

Well, not Spider-Man exactly, but certainly a thinly-veiled version of the Broadway trainwreck that is "Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark."

According to TVLine, an upcoming episode of L&O:CI will feature stars Vincent D'Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe (as detectives Robert Goren and Alexandra Eames) investigating botched stunts that have caused the death of a Broadway actor. On the show, the play will be called "Icarus," and will be manned by a "high strung, larger than life" director and a bisexual rock star named "Amo."

All similarities to Julie Taymor, Bono, and the Spider-Man musical (which featured a song about the myth of Icarus, FYI) are purely coincidental.
