A Virginia man is charged with peeping on a teenage boy in a Macy's bathroom, Fairfax County police said.
The boy reported seeing two men looking at him through a crack in the stall he was using at the store at Springfield Town Center Aug. 14, police said. One of the men exposed himself and performed a lewd act.
Police released a surveillance image of a man in the area at the time of the incident.
Detectives identified 50-year-old Kevin Norton as a suspect, and Norton voluntarily surrendered to police.
He is charged with indecent liberties with a minor and peeping and is being held on $10,000 bond.
A 16-year-old boy who used the same bathroom in July reported finding a recording device through a hole in a stall, police said. Police also have surveillance video of a man in the area at the time of that incident.
Police have not established a concrete connection between the two incidents.
