Drivers traveling on Interstate 95 northbound in Stafford County can expect delays due to an earlier tractor-trailer accident.
The accident happened Monday morning in the left lane near Garrisonville Road. The truck has since been moved to the shoulder.
All lanes are open, but traffic in the area remains sluggish.
