A toddler girl found Thursday morning has been reunited with her family, police said.
Police asked for the public's help locating the little girl's parents after she was found in the Mount Vernon area of Northern Virginia. Police said she appeared to be two to three years old.
"UPDATE: The child has been reunited with her family. Thank you for sharing!" police said on social media, about an hour after their initial post.
