A teen will be charged as an adult after shooting another teen in the chest in Frederick, News4’s Shomari Stone reported.
The shooting took place in front of a house in the 300 block of Hillcrest Drive about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Stone reported.
The victim was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore and is expected to survive.
