Police say they have located a 17-year-old boy who escaped from a psychiatric hospital in Northwest D.C.Thursday morning.
The teen left the Psychiatric Institute of Washington in the 4200 block of Wisconsin Avenue at 11:20 a.m. Thursday.
The teen was arrested in the Sixth District, which covers parts of Northeast and Southeast.
Police did not release the teen's name, but said he had been charged in a stabbing incident and should be considered dangerous.
Authorities say he was apprehended without incident.
