A SWAT team from Montgomery County responded to a Rockville home Wednesday morning following a dispute between a man and a woman in the 600 block of Azalea Drive.
Police were calling it a domestic situation, reported News4's Tony Tull.
After a dispute between the man and woman, she called police and told them the man had a gun.
About 60 SWAT officers responded rapidly to the scene, but around 9:30 a.m., they knocked on the door and the man exited without incident.
He was taken into custody and brought to a local hospital for a mental health evaluation.
