Police in Alexandria, Va., are searching for a man who sexually assaulted a woman Thursday night in the Del Ray neighborhood.
The assault happened on Little Street near the intersection of East Maple Avenue just after 9 p.m. According to police, a woman was walking home from work. A man grabber her from behind and touched her inappropriately. The man ran off after the woman screamed.
Police are looking into whether this assault is related to another one on a female jogger on Nov. 21. That attack happened early in the morning on East Del Ray Avenue.
Police said they are increasing patrols in the neighborhood.
