The seven-foot-long python was found on the side of a road Sunday night, in the 1300 block of Taylor Avenue.
Baltimore County police received a call from a resident who said he had seen the snake on the road. By the time officers arrived, the snake had moved into a nearby bush.
Animal control officers removed the snake from the area. Police don't know where it came from.
