More than 1,800 homes and businesses were without power Tuesday night in Northwest D.C., near Dupont Circle.
The outage during rain storms hit 1,823 customers in Kalorama and along Florida Avenue NW, according to Pepco's outage map. As of 8:45 p.m., service was expected to be restored by 11 p.m. Service had been restored by 10:40 p.m.
Pepco believes a feeder line was tripped. It wasn't immediately clear if the outage was weather-related.
