A man is in critical condition after nearly drowning in District Heights, Maryland, police say.
Prince George's County fire and rescue workers found a man in the deep end of a pool in the 1900 block of Rochelle Avenue about 6 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
They pulled the man from the pool and took him to a hospital, police said. It is unclear how long he had been in the water.
Police were at the scene.
