Vending machines that buy cell phones may soon be unwelcome in Montgomery County, where the council is considering a ban.
The machines allow you to sell your used mobile phone or other electronics for cash, but some say the machines would allow electronic thieves to make a quick buck.
The County Council is considering the ban as part of next year's operating budget, which will take effect July 1.
