Fatal Crash Shuts Down Southbound I-295 in Southeast DC

One person died and four were hurt in a 3-car crash that has shut down the southbound lanes of I-295 before Howard Road Southeast in D.C., police say.

Crews began moving crashed cars off the road before 7 a.m. The livestream is over.
