A former Maryland private school principal is accused of raping two teenage girls in the late 1960s.

Maryland State Police arrested 90-year-old Russell Isaac at his Bowie home Monday morning.

A woman said she was a 14-year-old student at the W.C. Moffett School on Maryland's Eastern Shore when Isaac raped her at the school, where he was the principal, according to police.

After the victim came forward in May 2016, another alleged victim was identified. She said Isaac sexually assaulted her at the school when she was 15, according to police.

The assaults took place between 1966 and 1968, according to the victims.

Isaac is charged with multiple counts of rape and other sex offenses. He is being held at the Prince George’s County Detention Center.
