Fairfax County police investigating the suspicious death of a 64-year-old woman in Burke, Virginia, found evidence "consistent with foul play," a search warrant reveals.
Fathia Choukri was found dead inside her home on the 9100 block of Bloom Court just after 5:30 a.m. July 11.
Police have not called Choukri's death a homicide, but a search warrant says detectives found cuts, blood and other evidence that may be "consistent with foul play."
Investigators also took a number of items from Choukri's home, including computers, a bathrobe and bubble wrap.
An autopsy will determine the exact cause and manner of death.
