An 11-month-old boy has been found safe after police declared an Amber Alert in Baltimore City Wednesday.
Leo Garcia-Lopez was found in a car seat on a sidewalk in northeast Baltimore, police said about an hour after issuing the Amber Alert.
Police are still searching for the "unkown teenager" who they believe carjacked a white 2009 Suzuki XL7 SUV with Maryland tag number 42688CF.
The teenager is described as a black male wearing a blue polo and blue pants, possibly a school uniform. He has black hair, police said.
Baltimore City police believe the teen carjacked the SUV that had Leo inside about 1:50 p.m. in the 400 block of Kane Street.
Anyone who has seen the SUV is asked to call police at (410) 307-2422 or 911.
