D.C. Police say a toddler was found alone along a street in Southeast D.C. early Monday morning.
Someone flagged down an officer just before 1 a.m. after seeing the little boy alone in the 1300 block of Morris Road SE.
Police say the child, who they believe is 2 or 3-years-old, didn't have on any shoes.
His parents have not been located.
Officers turned the child over to Child Protective Services.
