A woman wearing a turquoise sundress with a tattoo of a scorpion on the back of her neck was found dead near the football field of Forestville Military Academy, Prince George's County Police have reported.
The victim is described as a black female, between 20 and 30-years old, 5'1" to 5'3" and weighing between 110 to 115 pounds. She had short black hair with gold or blond highlights and her toenails were painted orange.
