Police have arrested a Prince William County principal for allegedly misusing a school credit card.
Kilby Elementary School Principal Jenny Georgina Enriquez-de Bermant made $8,000 worth of purchases between June 5, 2011 and March 4, 2012, authorities said.
After an internal audit revealed the charges, Barmant was placed on administrative leave.
Enriquez-de Bermant was arrested Thursday and released on a $3,500 bond. She scheduled to appear in court on June 13.
