Prince George's County Police Investigating Two Murders in Two Days

The murders happened a block away from each other

Police say that Kaya Wilson, 29, of Oxon Hill, was shot to death around 9 p.m. Saturday night in the 1100 block of Marcy Avenue.

Wilson lived on the 1000 block of Marcy Avenue, where, on Friday afternoon, police discovered a man stabbed to death. 20-year-old Jakari Butler was found with a stab wound in his upper body.  He was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead.
