Police arrested a Montgomery County man who they say robbed three stores within the past month.

A Montgomery County man was arrested after he allegedly robbed a local store.

It happened Saturday around 10:45 p.m. at the Night Dreams store on Rockville Pike in North Bethesda, Maryland.

Police say Ramon Michael Gunn, 25, of North Bethesda, walked into the store armed with what appeared to be a handgun and demanded cash. After the employees handed him the money, Gunn left the store and walked to his vehicle parked on a side street, according to investigators. Police say they then apprehended him and placed him under arrest.

Police located the stolen money and also found a black pellet gun and black mask inside Gunn’s vehicle, according to investigators.

During questioning, police say Gunn confessed to committing two other robberies, both on Main Street in Gaithersburg. Gunn allegedly robbed the O’Hair Salon and Spa back on January 18 and Salon G back on January 30.

After being questioned, Gunn was taken to the Montgomery County Detention Center and charged with one count of armed robbery for the most recent incident. He also faces additional charges for the O’Hair Salon and Salon G robberies.

Detectives continue to investigate Gunn’s possible involvement in additional robberies. If you have any information about Gunn or the robberies, please call police at 240-773-5100.
