A man from Spotsylvania County was arrested and charged for allegedly molesting his 11-year-old daughter, deputies said.
Sean Stephen Hale, 40, was arrested without incident May 23 at his home in the 10500 block of Brenchmark Road.
Deputies charged Hale with rape, sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, animate sexual penetration and domestic assault and battery.
The victim has been removed from the residence, officials said.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges could be placed.
