Firefighters Battle House Fire in Seat Pleasant

Prince George's County fire officials say no one was injured when a home caught fire in Seat Pleasant Monday morning. 

Firefighters were called to the home in the 6700 block of Seat Pleasant Drive just before 8 a.m. Mark Brady, a spokesman for the Prince George's County Fire Department, says 36 firefighters responded to the scene.

Pictures from the scene show fire shooting from the front door of the home. 

Brady says no one was found inside the home, and no injuries have been reported. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
