Police are investigating a deadly accident involving a bicyclist in Montgomery County.
The crash happened around 7:00 Friday night in the 22300 block of Ridge Road in Germantown.
Police said the driver was traveling north when he veered his Chevrolet Tahoe from the lane onto the paved shoulder, hitting Stanton Miller Jr, 48.
Miller was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Police said the driver smelled of alcohol.
The driver was given a blood test but test results have not been released.
So far, no charges have been filed against the driver.
