Police have made an arrest in the 2010 stabbing death of a man in northwest Washington.
Kelvin Willis, 19, of Northeast was found stabbed in the Unit block of N Street NW on Nov. 6, 2010. Investigators determined Willis was stabbed nearby in the Unit block of Hanover Street NW. He died at an area hospital two weeks later.
Police arrested 20-year-old Ladonte Hawkins of northeast on Aug. 21, 2013 in connection with Willis' death. He has been charged with first degree murder.
