A 3-year-old girl's death in March has been ruled a homicide, D.C. police said.
Police and D.C. Fire and EMS responded to a report of an unconscious child in the 1900 block of Savannah Terrace SE about 12:45 a.m. March 15.
Anniebelle Marsh was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The medical examiner ruled her death a homicide caused by blunt force trauma, police said.
