Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breasts

Mix mesquite seasoning, vinegar, salad dressing and chipotle sauce together in a small bowl. Trim any fat from chicken breasts. Brush mesquite glaze on chicken. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat, about 4 to 5 inches from the heat source. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, about 6 to 8 minutes per side.


2 Tbsp dry mesquite seasoning
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp low- calorie Italian salad dressing
1/4 tsp chipotle pepper hot sauce (regular hot sauce can be substituted)
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, gently pounded to an even thickness
