A man used a BB gun to shoot three people in Silver Spring, Maryland, on Monday, and police say they have video that shows the suspect.
Surveillance video footage obtained by News4 shows a man ducking and running through a warehouse with a weapon in his hand. Montgomery County police ask anyone who recognizes him to contact them.
Three people were shot with BBs Monday night. They said they never saw the shooter.
First, police say the man sneaked into the warehouse of the Global Food grocery store in the Briggs Chaney Market Place shopping center.
Then, they believe he went about a half-mile away and used the BB gun to shoot a man in the 14000 block of Aldora Circle.
Minutes later, he returned to the shopping center and shot two women with the BB gun, police say.
All three victims are expected to be OK.
BB guns are legal because they're considered toys, but police say they're a public safety hazard and people should not carry them.
